# TERMS AND CONDITIONS

## TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO FLH HOTELS USERS WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION

**ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN**

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

**DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT**

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., by which time all guests must have vacated the room. Late check-out may be available upon request.

**NUMBER OF GUESTS**

Our rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people.

**PAYMENTS DUE**

Any outstanding amount must be paid to FLH Hotels in cash (euros) or by card upon arrival. FLH Hotels staff reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the guest refuses to pay the amount due at check-in. Please note: we DO NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Under the Standard Rate option, guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to three days before check-in. After this deadline, the full value of the reservation will be charged.

**PETS**

Pets of any breed, size or age are not permitted at FLH Hotels.

**SMOKING POLICY**

FLH Hotels are entirely non-smoking properties. This rule also applies to all balconies, patios, terraces and garden areas.

**QUIET HOURS**

Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum inside their rooms and in common areas.

**SAFETY**

Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety during their stay at FLH Hotels. If a guest identifies any situation that poses a health or safety risk, they must immediately inform the FLH Hotels team. We do not accept reservations for illegal or immoral activities.
